The lovely bitterness from the peel not overshadowed by too much sugar. How I think marmalade should be.
I had bought Yuzu Marmalade from Cruden Market and it is the best Marmalade I have ever eaten, not too sweet or sour. Highly recommend Yuzu Marmalade beside being Australian made and owned, it's delicious
